These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MilitaryGradeApps LLC ("MilitaryGradeApps," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Repmixapp and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Repmix. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others;
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or spam other users;
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or abuse AI or other features to run up disproportionate cost;
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the workouts, posts, comments, photos, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant MilitaryGradeApps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including making it available to other users according to your visibility settings and the remix features of the app. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.
4. Health & fitness disclaimer
Repmix provides fitness information and AI-generated workout content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, healthcare, or professional fitness advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You assume full responsibility for your training and use the Service at your own risk. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
5. AI features
AI-generated workouts, responses, and references may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Review AI output with judgment, do not rely on it as professional advice, and do not submit sensitive personal or health information in AI chats. AI features may be rate-limited or changed at any time.
6. Repmix Pro subscriptions
Repmix offers an auto-renewable subscription, Repmix Pro, which unlocks premium features such as AI workout tools and offline downloads. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Billing. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the listed price.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and change over time. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by MilitaryGradeApps and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. "Repmix" and related marks are trademarks of MilitaryGradeApps.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including Google Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilitaryGradeApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MilitaryGradeApps from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MilitaryGradeApps is organized, without regard to conflict-of -law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Apple App Store — additional terms
If you obtained Repmix from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge: these Terms are between you and MilitaryGradeApps only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the app (including product-liability, legal-compliance, or intellectual-property claims), which are our responsibility to the extent required by these Terms; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, and you will comply with applicable export laws.
