In honor of Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 — Medal of Honor recipient. This was Mike's favorite workout, which he called "Body Armor." Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and squats as needed. If you have a 20 lb vest or body armor, wear it.
